It is essential to the management of our clients to meet with them on a frequent basis.  These visits enable us to see their operations, the changes taking place, and to listen and learn about the issues they feel are important.  With this information, we can use other tools available to us to assist our clients in meeting their insurance and risk management goals.  Face-to-face on site visits throughout the year are essential to providing the level of service we strive to deliver.

Best, Standard & Poor, as well as other ranking services.  These insurance companies we represent also have made a commitment within their company to the motor carrier industry.  By providing quality specialized underwriting programs, specialized coverages, loss control systems, and claims procedures designed to meet the needs of our clients, these companies become an integral part of our operation.

Automation

We attempt to use the highest level of automation available.  Through our consultant, we have developed software programs to handle all phases of our services as efficiently as possible.  Our specially designed programs include Certificates of Insurance, MVRs, Applications, Claims Service and Handling, and Loss Trend and Development with updates being made on an ongoing basis.  We also enjoy on-line capabilities with several insurance companies we represent.  We are dedicated to remaining a state-of-the-art agency in the automation arena.

Safety Training

Participation in the safety meetings held by our clients is another tool used by American Agency.  We learn a great deal from these discussions and hope to add our expertise in terms of industry trends and new solutions, products, and techniques being tried within the industry.  Programs for safety awards and driver incentive programs are available.
